CMEC coordinates Canada's participation in the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Indicators of Education Systems (INES) projects.
Education at a Glance
Every year, OECD publishes Education at a Glance: OECD Indicators, a compilation of indicators that provides a comparative quantitative description of the functioning of education systems in OECD member countries based on four main themes:
- The output of educational institutions and the impact of learning
- Financial and human resources invested in education
- Access to education, participation, and progression
- The learning environment and organization of schools
In addition, OECD publishes Education Policy Analysis, which addresses education issues of particular interest in greater depth than is possible in Education at a Glance.
