The Pan-Canadian Education Indicators Program (PCEIP) provides a statistical portrait of the education systems in Canada through a number of products. One of these products, Education Indicators in Canada: Report of the Pan-Canadian Education Indicators Program, presents indicator tables at the pan-Canadian and provincial/territorial levels.
Every two to three months, we publish updates to indicator tables. The updates take advantage of newly released data from the source surveys. Click here to see the latest updates (published December 13, 2012).
The complete set of updated PCEIP indicator tables, shown below, provides information about the school-age population, elementary, secondary, and postsecondary education, transitions, and labour-market outcomes.
A useful resource for understanding the pan-Canadian indicator tables is Education Indicators in Canada: Handbook for the Report of the Pan-Canadian Education Indicators Program. A glossary of terms used in the indicator tables and a description of the education and training systems in Canada are also available.
