The Pan-Canadian Education Indicators Program (PCEIP) provides a statistical portrait of the education systems in Canada through a number of products. One of these products, Education Indicators in Canada: Report of the Pan-Canadian Education Indicators Program, presents indicator tables at the pan-Canadian and provincial/territorial levels.

Every two to three months, we publish updates to indicator tables. The updates take advantage of newly released data from the source surveys. The complete set of updated PCEIP indicator tables, provides information about the school-age population, elementary, secondary, and postsecondary education, transitions, and labour-market outcomes.

A useful resource for understanding the pan-Canadian indicator tables is Education Indicators in Canada: Handbook for the Report of the Pan-Canadian Education Indicators Program.

The tables are organized according to the following indicator sets:

A. Portrait of the school age population

B. Financing of education systems

C. Elementary-secondary Education

D. Postsecondary education

E. Transitions and Outcomes

F. Reference statistics
